Position Overview:
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Baymont by Wyndham brand standards
Change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities
Maintain cleanliness in hallways and assigned public areas
Report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly
Provide courteous service and respond to guest requests as needed
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Ability to lift, push, or pull moderate weights and stand for long periods
