Job Description
The position is to be part of a landscape team. Plant knowledge and landscape experience are a plus but not required.
Tasks Include, but aren't limited to the following:
Loading and unloading of trucks, landscape bed prep, edging, mulching, raking, sod installation, retaining wall installation, digging, planting, trimming, and cleaning debris and unused materials off the trucks at the end of the day.
Daily required activities associated with this job include:
Walking, Standing, Crouching, Kneeling, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling, Reaching above and below shoulder height, Rotation while sitting or standing, Climbing into and out of trucks or using stairs
Weights vary from 1/2 to 100 lbs. plus (large plants).
Environment
This work is performed outdoors in all types of weather.
Hours for this job are Mondays through Friday 8:00AM sharp through 4:30PM. Some overtime or Saturday hours may be available.
Job Requirements
Must be willing to work outdoors in many types of weather.
Lifting up to 50 lbs+.
Carrying plants, tools, or bags of mulch.
Planting and cleaning up of beds.
Digging and laying mulch.
