Job Description - Crew Lead
Position Description: Lead a crew of 3-4 members or more installing drain tile systems, repairing foundations.
Being a Crew Member requires you to be willing to work outdoors, endure physical labor, have good customer service skills, and safely work with a crew in foundation repair. A min of 4 years previous experience in foundation repair and drain tile systems is required.
Day-to-Day Operations:
Use of manual and motorized equipment for digging pilot holes for installing piles on both residential and commercial jobs
Drive work truck (Must be 18 with a clean drivers license)
Under-floor work
Concrete work
Demolition & Clean-up
Loading and unloading trucks (equipment, hoses, steel piles, etc.)
Must be able to communicate effectively
Reliable transportation to get to the office/shop every day
Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds
Opportunity for advancement to Crew Lead for the right candidate
Required Experience:
Must be able to efficiently lay CMU block.
Must be able to set forms and finish concrete.
Must have working knowledge of basic construction and digging tools.
Must be a strong leader, able to run a crew of four or more.
Ability to operate digging machinery is a plus
