Overview
Individual will be performing various tasks within a variety of production area(s) as needed. This will require the ability to operate various equipment and tools with training available on the job.
Job Specific Duties
Supervise and direct 15-20 members
Oversee aspects of quality assurance
Work closely to guide and train members
Meet deadlines for customer orders
Take direction from Group Lead
Develop strategies for process improvements
Team building
Communicate Effectively
Follow and direct others using Safety Policies and safe practices in the workplace

Previous management experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Simple computer skills

1st shift - 4a-1:30p
2nd shift - 2p-10:30p
