Duties:
General administration duties including:
Greet clients and answering phone calls
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Proofread letters and memos before mailing to clients
Maintain personal files for attorneys
Make travel arrangements
Keep track of current matters and develop a reminder system to assure action
Assist with reports
Creating transfer documents and settlement statements
Screen incoming emails and suggest appropriate action, draft responses
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PDF’s and electronic documentation
Law and/or tax firm experience is preferred
Excellent attention to detail ability to follow directions and work with little supervision

$17

M-F 9a-12p, 1p-4p
