Responsibilities:
Loan qualification and valuation
Computer data entry
Retail sales
Cellular sales
Shipping and receiving
Supervise team of retail sales workers
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Train and evaluate employees
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in pawn, retail, shipping, customer service, or other related fields is required.
Multiple languages not required, but preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
