Job Description:

As a Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify target clients and industries for sign and graphics solutions.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategic methods.

Leverage incoming lead generation tools and marketing to generate profitable sales

Client Engagement:

Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their signage needs and present relevant solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

At times – engage with customer outside normal standard hours to support client and business deliverables

Sales Negotiation and Project Award

Prepare and present persuasive proposals, addressing client requirements and showcasing the value of our products and services.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Close sales deals and achieve sales targets

Internal Collaboration and Project Delivery:

Work closely with internal teams such as design, production and installation to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sign and graphics projects.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, market insights, and contribute to overall team success.

Product Delivery Follow-Up

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the sign and graphics industry or a related field.

Strong understanding of signage products, printing technologies, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – in-person, phone and digital

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently toward agreed upon goals and objectives

Willingness to travel within 45 miles of Davenport, Iowa
