Responsibilities of this job:
· Service and Educate customers on products including, but not limited to, beauty supplies, hair extensions, wigs and make-up.
· Cash handling w/POS Stations
· Merchandising (stock & product placement)
· Store Maintenance
Preferred work experience:
· Strong Customer Service skills w/ 2+ years consistent work history
· 1 Year RETAIL cashier experience required
· 1 year previous sales and customer service experience required
The ideal candidate will:
· Have the ability to quickly learn and communicate our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and serve our customer base with confidence
· Stay up to date with current hair and beauty supplies and trends
· Have professional communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
· Have proven Leadership and or Management experience
· Have the ability to multi-task and pick up on new concepts quickly
· Have the ability to prioritize and tackle projects with speed and minimal direction
· A genuine interest in the Hair and/or Beauty Industry preferred but not a deal breaker for the right candidate
Job Types: Part-time with Full-time advancement opportunities
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
