We need a skilled carpenter to join our crew for a long-term 1099 contract doing various things in an apartment complex. You would be a more senior-skilled guy to help lend some experience and knowledge to some of the younger guys. Must have transportation and most of the required carpentry tools and a tool belt. Mostly exterior work, but some interior work as it arises. The more, different experience you have in the trades, the better we seldom say that we can't do a particular job. We do a combination of demo, framing, siding, trim work, drywall, painting, and more.
