A local automotive repair facility is looking for a Counter Associate to join their team. As a Counter Associate, you will be responsible for scheduling, customer service, and other administrative tasks, in a fast-paced work environment.Responsibilities:
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
Utilize computer software to input customer information.
Assist with scheduling repairs.
Assist customers with U-Haul rentals.
Complete customer cash and credit transactions.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be bilingual.
Must be able to communicate positively with employees, supervisors, staff and customers.
Must be able to use computers and other common office equipment.
Ability to utilize basic math to complete customer cash transactions
