TheSiouxland Burger Kings are looking for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) witha strong work ethic and desire to build a profitable business by focusing on guestinteractions, profitability, and operations. As the leader of the restaurant, h/shewill be responsible for the stores culture and building a team who supports ourvision of delivering hot, fresh food in a clean and safe environment foreveryone every visit, every time. While h/she will have total operational andfinancial responsibilities, h/she will operate under the direction of theDistrict Manager and directly manage a team of Assistant Managers, Hourly ShiftLeads and Team Members (20-45 employees).
·Demonstratesability to lead in a fast-paced and changing environment.
·Maintain appropriate levels of staffing by recruiting,interviewing, selecting, and onboarding crew members, as well as, maximizingcrew member retention.
·Ensure utilization of all company training programs to create anefficient, friendly staff.
·Develop talent to promote and fill management positionsinternally.
·Manage the performance of all restaurant staff and be a rolemodel of excellent customer service.
·Maximize restaurant profit by ensuring the team utilizes allsystems for food, labor, and cash management.
·Grow restaurant sales through exceptional operations andcommunity involvement.
·1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
·Strong communicationand analytical skills with an understanding of profit and loss
·Ability to prioritize and organize others work, as well as yourown in meeting deadlines and objectives.
·A minimum of 45 hours per week with a schedule that may includea combination of all dayparts and holidays.
·Driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
Certifications Suggested:ServSafe Food Safety
SalaryFull-time Range: $50K - $65K
Benefits:Bonus, Health, Dental, 401K, and Vacation.Additional may include Vision and Supplemental.
