Store Manager | $15/hr + DOEA Siouxland non-denominational Christian ministry who has served the community for over 80 years, is searching for an organized Store Manager with exceptional communication skills to join their team. The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operations, employee supervision, safety compliance, retail merchandising, customer service, and security. Must be willing to sign a Statement of Faith and Marriage and Sexuality Statement and a current member or regular attendee of a local Bible teaching church.Responsibilities:Cash management procedures/maintain reports
Assign duties to employees, volunteers, and other outside agency workers
Investigate the value of donations to determine accurate pricing and work closely with the Director of Operations in establishing pricing guidelines
Oversee merchandise ensure items are rotated/displayed properly
Oversee voucher program
Communicate needs of the store
Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Strong leadership qualities
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
