We are seeking a dependable, customer service oriented individuals to represent our Wingate by Wyndham (formerly the Fairfield Inn) on the overnight shift from 10 pm to 6 am.
Shifts will include some weekends and some holidays.
Duties include checkins, checkouts, making and editing reservations, assisting with local Sioux City directions, public area cleaning, doing laundry, and setting up/maintaining a hot breakfast buffet. Must be computer literate, a team player, and most importantly - happy to make our guests feel welcome.
We schedule three weeks out and can accommodate other jobs or classes. Our staff starts out day 1 with PTO balances and gets paid double time on holidays.
We typically train 2-4 weeks of shadow training. Training schedule is usually 4-5 days a week and a combo of video and hands on training.
