Rueter's, a certified dealer for a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment has an opening for full-time Service Technician at our Sioux City store.

Job Summary:
Perform maintenance and repair on equipment in both shop and field environments.
Essential Duties - The Big 4:
1. Perform basic/complex construction equipment diagnostics to determine repairs needed
2. Accurately complete all documentation associated with the parts and services performed.
3. Review productivity reports with Service Manager and meet efficiency and recovery goals set forth by the company
4. Participate in all job related training and development courses as assigned by the Service Manager

Competencies:
· Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of construction equipment
· Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
· Excellent skills in operating vehicle and equipment use for diagnostic purposes
· Team oriented with positive attitude and desire to provide excellent customer service
· Valid Driver’s License (CDL Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment:
This job operates in both an shop and field environment, including exposure to varied weather conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some evenings and weekends as necessary. Competitive Wage and Benefit Package including Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance and 401K match.
Travel:
Local day travel is a regular part of this position.
