We are a real estate investment company based in LeMars. We have rental properties and properties we flip in the Sioux City area. We are looking for someone to help us maintain these properties. This could be 1 person or could be something that you and your spouse could do It is very flexible. This would include doing regular inspections on homes that we have as rentals, some simple reno work such as painting etc. Meeting with contractors/certified workers if necessary.
This would be a great job for someone or a couple that is retired and is looking for a little income.
