The Final Touch Sales Associate:
This position focuses on the presentation and sales of interior home decor products including floorcoverings, windowcoverings and paint. Through training and self-study the Sales Associate shall become knowledgeable of all product lines to the extent that he/she can offer customers competent information regarding those products. Activities may also include mixing paint, in-home measurements, coordination of installation (by others) of some products, creating displays and maintaining a clean and pleasant showroom for clientele. The Sales Associate should be an attentive listener capable of giving full attention to what customers are communicating, asking appropriate questions and comfortable in conveying information effectively. Visual capabilities of matching or detecting differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness will be helpful.
