Oak Tree Properties LLC is currently hiring someone in residential renovation and construction? Applicants will need to have a proven experience in renovation/construction and all aspects of it.
As a project manager you will be responsible for hiring, getting quotes from other sub-contractors, performing inspections, delivering supplies, and keeping the remodeling business performing and assisting in all aspects of construction as needed. Candidate must possess the following to be eligible for this position.
Be detailed and efficient with all aspects of construction.
Must be able to work and make decisions independently.
Strong communication skills.
Meet with tenants and assist with rental situations.
Thorough knowledge of real estate allowing you to make rental inspections and final inspections for properties being sold.
The ideal candidate must have the following.
Some knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Driver License
Pass background check.
Experience with, skid loaders, trailers, hauling and misc. const, equipment.
Compensation: To be discussed. Will be based upon experience
Includes Paid Holidays and vacation after the first year.
Company vehicle
Schedule is Monday- Friday and Weekends for special situations.
