 Position Profile:  Onboarding Specialist (Waterloo, IA)Position SummaryThe Onboarding Specialist position is an important leadership role at Omega.  This position is responsible for implementing, improving, managing and sustaining Omega’s new employee onboarding (NEO) and post- NEO programs.Good organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are key expectations of this role. Self-motivated and highly organized, you must demonstrate and sustain exceptional follow-through, initiative, and commitment to excellence.The candidate for this position needs to be able to support any on the job training (offline and on production floor) as is it required.  Modify, develop and effectively utilize training programs to include machine operation, safety, quality and paced production.  Facilitate annual refresher trainings for all associates.Flexibility of work hours, including overtime and off shift coverage where needed.Organizational Relationship:
