45,000-55,000 per year | Waterloo, NY, USA | Salary | Administration | Full Time Payroll Manager Mozaic (a chapter of NYSARC) is looking for a full-time Payroll Manager in Waterloo, NY. Payroll Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring that all Mozaic employees are paid timely, accurately and in accordance with agency policies. Ensures that Payroll is compliant with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Provides leadership and supervision for Payroll Coordinators. Also acts as the liaison with YTS on all things related to onboarding, payroll, and benefits. The role involves developing and implementing internal controls over payroll to ensure accuracy and mitigate potential fraud. It also requires ensuring that all annual and quarterly payroll taxes and reports are filed and paid in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, the position works closely with the Finance team to ensure that payroll is properly reported in the financial statements. Supervision: Received: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Exercised: HR/Payroll Assistant Payroll Manager Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business with three years of related experience or at least 7 years of related experience with a minimum three (3) years supervisory experience. Knowledge of Payroll laws and practices. Certified Payroll Professional preferred. Must possess a current, valid New York State Driver's License that meets Agency Driver standards. Lifting required. What We Offer for Payroll Manager : Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Full Time: 37.5 Hours per week Location: Seneca County Pay Rate: $45,000 - $55,000 annually Our Benefits Include:
