This is a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager position with a company that manufactures metal parts and assemblies. Relocation assistance is available.You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s quality management system AND leading the company’s strategy for continuous improvement.Oversee quality audits and corrective actionsTrack critical metrics about first-pass yield and scrap/reworkMaintain the QMS to meet customer, regulatory, and ISO requirementsManage suppliers, including incoming inspectionLead a Quality/Continuous team, ensuring that corporate objectives are metIdentify cost reduction, waste reduction and quality improvement opportunitiesLead Kaizen events, implement Lean tools such as 5S, standard work, and Total Productive Maintenance.
