Effective pay rate (with tips included) averages $11.50+ per hour. Weekly paycheck and also take home cash at the end of every shift!
Job Duties Include:
-Make sub sandwiches to customer specifications (includes operating meat slicer).
-Answer phone and take phone orders.
-Stock and fill ingredients and supplies.
-Perform light cleaning of store.
-Learn and follow company policies and procedures with a respectful and positive attitude.
-Demonstrate customer-focused attitude.
-Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older (required by federal law to operate meat slicer).
Number of hours: Normally 18 - 24 hours per week (typically three or four shifts). Additional hours may be available, depending on your availability.
Schedule: Shifts would normally be Monday through Friday days, with some Saturdays (including Saturday nights). We are closed Sundays and major holidays. In the beginning, starting time would normally be 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m., and normal ending time would be between 4:00 and 5:15. Later, the person may need to come in at 8:00 a.m. to open the store occasionally. The opening shift normally ends at 2:00 p.m., but may go later at times. Availability to also work weekday night shifts when needed is a plus, and will enable you to pick up extra hours, but is not required to be considered for this position. At times, there will be the opportunity to pick up extra hours if someone is sick or wants to give up a shift, or we are short staffed. However, extra hours are not guaranteed, so please do not apply for this position if you need more than 18 hours per week to start, or if you are not able to work the schedule indicated above. The more availability you have, the more hours you will be able to work. This is a permanent, year-round position.
The successful candidate must be reliable about working his or her scheduled shifts, and will also have the availability to fill in on short notice, when needed.
