Position Title: Packer
Wage: $13.50/hr.+
Shift: All
Hours: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am M-F

Be a part of a team that is engaged in the aluminum extrusion design and development process with customers from the start to ensure in manufacturing the most cost effective and functional product before tooling purchase. Their production personnel, as well as finishing suppliers, create a value stream enveloped in a culture defined by removing waste and cost so that each product is processed as timely and as accurately as possible to meet a wide range of customer needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive instructions and work orders for the job from machine operator
- Plan details of working procedure and gathers tools and materials required
- Examine products for defects, such as deep scratches or bent material
- Pack product based on operator's instructions
- Report any discrepancies to machine operator and/or packing lead
- May hand stamp or stencil identifying information on cartons or shipping containers
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures; report all unsafe activities to supervisor and or Safety Department
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
- Maintain clean area
Requirements:
- Ability to bend and lift material from the floor to the tables
- Ability to use tape measure and packing knife
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
