Position Title: Production
Wage: $15/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:30am-3:30pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch, OT on Saturdays occasionally required
QPS Employment Group is hiring for a growing company located in Allison! There are many positions available on 1st shift. This company was recently acquired by a market leader in the industry!
Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Load/unload components onto the production line
- Mask components and pull parts for assembly lines
- Deliver parts and kits to specified departments
- Arrange parts in racks and place on assembly line conveyor
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
Production Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing/production experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move heavy components
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
