Part-time Leasing Agent for a 32 unit complex designed for 62 and older or handicapped disabled any age. The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized, has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills (word processing, email, etc.). Is self-starting and detail oriented. Prior property management software and/or USDA/HOME experience helpful. Must pass background and drug screening. Have a valid drivers license.
