We are growing and are adding 2 cabinet installers/finish carpenters and lead installer. We do have a large project in Waterloo this summer/fall but plan to add these positions in January 2026. Requires travel throughout the US for up to 2 weeks. Ideal person will have 2+ years of experience but will consider less or no experience for the right fit.
Top pay - subcontractors average about $40-$60 per hour depending on skill level
Typical weeks are 50 hours onsite plus travel between projects
All travel expenses are paid by co.
Typically lodging is a clean airbnb or nicer hotel
Requires valid driver license
Must be able to fly on occasion and/or drive to projects - if driving, personal vehicle mileage is reimbursed at current rate
