JCMR provides delivery service for the US Postal Service. We are currently accepting applications for Mail Delivery Driver in Parkersburg, IA for a Part-Time position.
Primary Duties:
Drive a minivan or pickup to pick up and deliver mail and packages to and from specific Post Offices.
Inspect and maintain vehicle and equipment.
Load and unload vehicle.
Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
Verify and sort contents of the load. Make sure items are delivered to correct locations.
Maintain records such as vehicle logs, in accordance with required regulations.
Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and meet requirements of MVR and background check.
Ability to communicate, possess a positive attitude, good verbal, and written skills.
Compensation
$18.18/hr
15-20 hours per week
