Our traditional eight-period day enables students to pursue a full college-preparatory course load and explore a wide array of opportunities in academics, arts, activities, and athletics.Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including 1:1 Chromebook access for students, the high school prepares learners for college and the workforce with a rigorous academic program and a strong emphasis on personal growth.We are seeking an innovative and visionary leader to join our team as High School Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic educator who values fostering student success, supporting faculty development, and cultivating a collaborative school culture.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and inspire excellence in all aspects of the school’s operations.
Collaborate with the Associate Principal to ensure seamless management of daily activities.
Oversee curriculum development aligned with district, state, and national standards.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and equitable school culture.
Hire, mentor, and evaluate staff while fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Build and strengthen partnerships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders.
Effectively manage school budgets and resources to maximize outcomes for students.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
Valid Iowa School Administrator License.
A minimum of 10 years of teaching and/or administrative experience, preferably at the high school level.
Expertise in instructional leadership, staff development, and data-driven decision-making.
Relationship focused.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to fostering innovation, equity, and continuous improvement.

Contract: 230 Days
Leave: Five personal leave days and five holidays
Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000
