Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented General Production Workers for an injection mold company specializing in products for appliances, automotive, electronics, and more. As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of parts, predominantly for refrigerator components.Responsibilities
Pull parts off large presses
Perform small piece assembly
Operate various machines simultaneously
Conduct light industrial work, typically involving weights up to 15 lbs
Stand and move for 8-10 hours a day
Ensure correct number of parts and specific parts are stacked per pallet (e.g., 15 per pallet)
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
6+ months of relatable experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor
Attention to detail
Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours a day
Willingness to work on weekends as needed
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, palletizing, assembly, warehouse operations, packing, RF scanners, loading, inspection, cleanroom procedures, machine operation, hand tools, and GMP practices
Previous roles requiring prolonged standing (e.g., cooks, servers, laborers)
