Keep reading… A day in the life… Wondering what a day in the life of an Application Analyst at The Iowa Clinic might look like? · Arrive at work in the morning – no night shifts here! And bonus – since we allow you to “dress for your day”, you can wear jeans when your schedule allows! · Provide exceptional customer service by providing on-site software support. · Serve as the expert for Altera Touchworks Electronic Medical Record Software throughout the organization. · Be a master of multitasking by managing multiple systems and projects. · Design and facilitate specialized software training and support to end users of designated software; focus is primarily with Altera Touchworks Electronic Medical Record Software . · Provide leadership with analytics and reporting to ensure optimal use of the software. · Conduct maintenance and upgrades on software. · Serve as contact for vendors servicing the software. · Works closely with Information Technology on new workflows and technology within the Altera Touchworks Electronic Medical Record Software and serves as a member of the Information Technology “support team”. · Visit The Iowa Clinic intranet to see what volunteer opportunities are available to you this month and read what is happening around the clinic. · Be a positive, professional representative of The Iowa Clinic. · Leave in the evening – hooray for working standard business hours! 2 years previous experience providing support for health information software, including but not limited to: Phreesia, Allscripts, RIS/PACS, CQS, Prenatal, Phytel, Orchard, Group Management, Interfaces and Analytics
2 years previous experience supporting and/or training physicians.
Previous experience in training and creating training materials.
