Description
A creative technical thinker with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to communicate to diverse audiences will be best for this position. If that sounds like you, Robert Half Technology is looking for a Level 3 Help Desk Analyst! You will be a key contributor to the maintenance and optimization of the client's network and wireless infrastructure in this Level 2 Help Desk Analyst position. This long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. Apply as soon as possible!
What you get to do every single day:
- Connect with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Provide support for all types of end users, issues such as printers not working, software upgrades, applications such as Office365, as well as terminal and connectivity problems.
- Note and support custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Be actively engaged to achieve the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Install, and maintain application software, operating systems, and system management tools
- Review and check application performance for potential bottlenecks, distinguish possible solutions, and do business with developers to execute those fixes
- Assist with 3rd level support
