About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an HR Strategist (Lead Business Execution Consultant) to join the Human Resources (HR) Chief Administration Office (CAO) Business Support team which reports to the Head of CAO Business Support. The role will have responsibility for supporting work efforts such as (but not limited to): managing HR Strategic Planning and financial processes, leading the development, and reporting of objectives and key results (OKRs), facilitating quarterly reviews of progress and resource/expense alignment with the HR leadership team, monitoring external trends, insights and benchmarking and developing executive reporting and insights.In this role, you will:
Support work efforts including HR strategic planning, development and reporting of strategic objectives and key results (OKRs), facilitating quarterly reviews of strategic progress, monitoring external trends, insights and benchmarking and developing executive reporting and insights.
Lead HR financial planning processes including alignment of investment and cost efficiencies to HR strategy and facilitation of executive reporting and insights.
Coordinate across all HR groups to create executive level presentations and provide storytelling opportunities.
Lead the resolution of highly complex and unique challenges that require solid strategic thought leadership, analytical skills, and understanding of Financial Services.
Facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience leading enterprise-wide or LOB/Enterprise function initiatives.
Experience working with leaders on complex programs, initiatives, and problem resolution.
Experience managing business financials
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Strategic planning and development experience
Experience driving business priorities while managing risk and compliance.
Ability to communicate and engage successfully with employees at all levels of a corporation.
Ability to identify root-cause issues and improvement opportunities.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
Project management and/or Product management experience.
Job Expectations:
Willingness to work on-site at one of the required locations listed below (Relocation assistance is not available for this position).
Position locations include Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Chandler, AZ; Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX.
Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity (3 or more days in the office and up to 2 days remotely per week)
