About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant. The Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CRCOE) organization is an enterprise function. This organization develops and implements consistent enterprise standards for remediating customer issues across the Wells Fargo enterprise. The organization enables more effective and coordinated monitoring, reporting and stakeholder communications. Enhancing our practices and outcomes for customers is a critical part of building a better Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead a Remediation Operations Team in the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CRCOE).In this role, you will:
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Project management experience including, Agile, Lean, Six-Sigma
Knowledge and understanding of consumer related remediation policy, process, and procedures
Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, concepts and proposals to engage stakeholders and peers
Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Experienced analyzing complex business situations, understand multiple constituents' points of view, and arrive at a well-balanced, informed and data-driven conclusions
Relationship building at senior levels and ability to drive decision making through a consensus building approach
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others, build effective partnerships, and deliver outstanding results with a relentless focus on execution
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage processes and people, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and large/complex projects preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Strong relationship management, coaching and development experience
Knowledge and understanding of Implementation strategy development and delivery
Experience articulating a complex problem, design, or build strategy
Strong communicator with the ability to know the audience and deliver the right message to Senior Leaders
Experience building consensus and addressing complex issues within highly matrixed organization
Strong influencing, partnership and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to provide challenge to senior level executives
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines
Act as a Pod Lead to follow agile like practices to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Customer Remediation that enters a pod
Facilitate daily stand-ups with the Delivery Teams and collaborate proactively with the team, stakeholders, and across the operations
Improve predictability to enable the team to collaborate and self-organize more effectively, and thereby increase the chance that the team will fulfill any commitments that made to the stakeholders
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence TOM, and various business processes as appropriate to ensure all risk and requirements are met
Ensure active engagement and appropriate inputs/outputs from all applicable partners
Partner with Operation Manager and Risk teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
Collaborate with Remediation Managers, Remediation Leads, and Delivery teams to communicate status of remediations and escalate key risks and issues impending team effectiveness
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals timely
Interact with critical partners, such as: Data leads, CRV, DAQC, Execution, etc.
Support Agile delivery that provides business value and delivers quality results ensuring alignment and adherence to Wells Fargo Agile practices, managing capacity and mitigating risk
Perform and share regular Agile team health checks and enable the team to incorporate targets into continuous improvement goals
Act as a change agent who is resilient and demonstrates personal agility. Champion and positively influence the adoption of Agile like practices leveraging the Agile Playbook and standard learning materials
