This position is hybrid. Candidate must live in the in Des Moines, IA area.HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues up to $25M.
Ensures all phases of the program from inception through completion are accomplished in a high quality and timely manner.
Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
Assists in directing the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of related experience in CMS Medical Practice Merit Based Incentive Payment System domains
Project Management Professional Certification
Clear verbal communication, problem solving, planning, quality assurance surveillance oversight
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Detailed knowledge and 5+ years expertise in Qualified Clinical Data Registries and clinical experience in care delivery.
