ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
File and/or retrieve job packets and associated information
Complete reports, charts, and documents as needed
Assist in tracking jobs through the department
Incorporate changes to existing job packets
General mechanical skills required
Other clerical duties as needed
Must be very organized, detail/quality oriented
Must show a strong aptitude for prioritizing multiple projects/task simultaneously
Must have the ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
Self-starter that can work independently along with working in a team environment
Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access with Adobe Acrobat are desired
Physical Requirements:This position will require an employee to perform the following functions effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Sitting/standing for extended periods, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling and working on a computer for long periods of time.
Occasionally walk through the shop environment
Occasional requirements may include lifting and carrying a maximum of 20 lbs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the United States. International Traffic in Arms Regulation/Export Administration Regulations (ITAR/EAR) clearance
Must be able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
