As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will directly support equipment uptime, product quality, and team productivity- helping us deliver on our promise to customers every single day.(Hiring for Multiple Positions and Shifts)YOUR TASKS:Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsRespond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtimeConduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain safety and operational standardsWork collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to address recurring issues and support continuous improvementMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgradesFollow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policiesTHE ENVIRONMENT:Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must always be adhered to.Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environmentMultiple shifts available, including potential overtime and weekend workWork involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working around machineryThe job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.Collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and reliability
