We are seeking motivated Production Operators who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation: Operate Calender Machines, Mills, and other equipment efficiently and safely. Promptly report any issues to your Department Head or Supervisor using established communication protocols.Material Handling: Stage materials as needed for assigned orders and operate forklifts to ensure smooth workflow and effective inventory management.Production Reporting: Accurately complete daily production reports, including those related to productivity, quality control holds, material usage, and material movement.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, corporate policies, and internal procedures. Seek clarification from your Department Head or Supervisor when needed.Continuous Improvement: Actively enhance your understanding of work orders, products, and processes. Participate in initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
