The Senior Corporate Counsel reports to the Chief Legal Officer. This position will examine contracts involving design and construction projects, leases, insurance, etc. and reviews various corporate and governance agreements, documents. Provides legal advice to the organization, prepares reports, guidelines and participates in the management of legal actions.
