Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.

Oversee guest services to ensure a high level of satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service while fostering a positive work environment.

Develop and implement strategies to improve guest relations and enhance overall hotel performance.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supervisor for timely procurement of necessary supplies.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and appearance.

Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries via phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.

Collaborate with marketing streams to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates.

Experience

Knowledge of guest services, hotel operations, and resort management practices.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.

Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for managing guest interactions effectively.

Starting pay: $200/week paid out as incentives on a set schedule and potential for raises early on
