The Maplewind Community is actively seeking a Grounds Crew to assist with the clean up of our newly acquired community in Ogden, KS. Our goal is to reach our high standards by offering a safe, customer service-oriented community for our residents. Hourly rate of pay will be based on qualifications.
A summary of required qualification and duties:
Use lawnmower and trimmer
Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance.
Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and ability to navigate difficult terrain and access small areas.
Valid Driver's License
This work is seasonal work and will be 10-99.
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
