I am a real estate investor in Lawrence. I have been buying and selling real estate in the area for about 5 years now and I am at the point where I need someone to be my eyes.
This gig is incredibly easy and pays extremely well.
Gig requirements:
Take pictures of potential properties
Put lock boxes (that I purchase) on properties that are for sale
Act as disposition manager for properties that are sale.
College Students welcome.
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Must be friendly, personable, and professional.
Compensation:
$50 per property that you take pictures of
$500-$2500 (sometimes more) for properties that close. I close on 3 properties per month.
As I stated above, this gig is EXTREMELY easy. You get paid handsomely for less than 3 hours of "work".
