At NEUCO, you'll be part of a team working to support critical utility and energy infrastructure.Reporting to the Field Support Supervisor, you will work closely with the Fleet Department to support field crews and be responsible for scheduling and dispatching workers, equipment, and services to appropriate locations. You will also manage the warehouse, tool room, stock yard, and consumables to support staff and customers. What You'll Do
Respond to phone calls from multiple departments and customers and take supportive action
Plan, prioritize and schedule daily work activities (pipe deliveries, saw cutting, equipment moves) for the appropriate field personnel
Coordinate communications and information with crews, mobile units and other personnel and departments
Record and maintain files, logs and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information
Utilize multiple computer applications and billing systems
Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
Order pipe stock from gas company and fulfill orders for crews
Order materials for crews
Arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules
Supply crews with small tools and safety equipment as needed
Maintains inventory of small tooling and safety equipment
Calculate lumber needed for shoring
Perform calibration for various tools and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair or schedule repair for small tools, electrofusion processors, shoring boxes, and
specialty gas tooling
Order gas service relights and reconnect with the gas company as requested
Order police details and traffic control for crews
Generate and schedule work orders for Field Support staff utilizing Field Force Manager
Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years proven dispatching experience or comparable field
Prior experience preparing, maintaining records, logs and generating Excel reports
