The Sous Chef directly assists the Executive Chef with all campus culinary operations. Candidates should have a combination of education and minimum experience of three (3) years in a similar culinary or Sous Chef role.Sous Chef | Food Production | Safety | Leadership Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead culinary production, assist with cooking at a food station, and manage catering orders
Supervise cooking operations in the kitchen that include grill, hot line, deli, pizza and more
Manage support staff and interact daily with customers while providing excellent customer service
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes and company standards and procedures
Must have a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends
Solid communications skills, enjoy interacting with guests and clients
Knowledge of food service, safety, and sanitation with regards to serving food and beverages
Pass a standard background check including a drug screen
Sous Chef Position offers:
