Review important concepts relevant to subject tutored. Assess learning progress and preparedness of students. Establish an environment of patience, encouragement, and rapport with students. Be punctual and consistent in attendance for tutoring sessions. Check in with GEAR UP Staff regularly for scheduling, information/assignments. Complete the Activity Log for each tutoring session and turn in as directed by the Site Coordinator.5% - Complete online timesheets as directed by the Director weekly. Complete all necessary paperwork according to time frames allotted.
