Local Property Management Company is seeking a full time maintenance technician for our rental properties located in Lawrence, KS.
Maintenance Duties Include:
-Plumbing
-Carpentry
-Painting
-Sheet rock repair
-Appliance delivery
-Cleanup and make ready
-General remodeling
-Interior/exterior cleaning
Maintenance experience is REQUIRED
HVAC certification is preferred but not required
This position will include time on-call after-hours for emergencies only
