Busy, locally-owned company seeks full-time Scheduler.
Primary duties involve working with a team to create and manage a very detailed software-based work schedule for approximately 85 staff members and clients across the country and sharing the company's on-call duties. Additional duties include invoicing and technical troubleshooting, in addition to other general support tasks for the company's operations.
Successful candidate must have:
a minimum of an Associates degree or equivalent higher education
database management or comparable computer experience
detail-oriented organizational and technical skills
at least two years of administrative support experience that includes familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs
excellent mastery of the English language in both oral and written communication skills
strong customer service skills
the ability and desire to work independently and manage ones own workload, juggling various deadlines
analytical thinking and problem solving skills
a perfection-driven work ethic
