We’re hiring the Project Admin to provide administrative support to the on-site construction management in their day-to-day operations.
Essential Functions:
Communicate crew / job schedule.
Prepare job summaries.
Write purchase orders.
Communicate with customers.
Coordinate material deliveries and removal.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports
Ability to communicate effectively with on-site and corporate management.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished by management whether in written or oral form.
Location: Franklin County, Kansas.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 to 50 hours per week.
