We are seeking a versatile and driven Human Resources Specialist to join our team in our Leawood, Kansas office. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, this role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of the HR function.While this is a broad-based HR Specialist role, our most immediate need is for strong support in US Talent Acquisition — helping drive full-cycle recruiting and onboarding — alongside contributing to other key areas of HR operations, including global HRIS data management, payroll and benefits support, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives.The HR Specialist will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition, HRIS/Payroll & Benefits, US Regional HR, and Global HR teams to support key HR processes and deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
