The BIM Design Intern will be assist in the development and execution of Building design deliverables including multi-discipline 3D models and construction documents. Work in a team environment with other designers and architects/engineers to meet the goals of the projects. Provide quality checks for deliverables in accordance with company standards Participate in BIM/Revit process, tool and standard development/maintenance Become familiar with company “design-build” engineering design processesQualifications
Pursuing a vocational training program, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Aided Design, Architectural Technology or BIM design
Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with other team members and disciplines both verbally and in written form
Knowledge and experience with BIM software (Revit and/or Navisworks) is preferred.
Basic knowledge of the latest computer operating systems is required
Knowledge of basic spreadsheet, database, word processing programs
