Basic Function and Scope of Responsibility:   The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of the company’s buildings and grounds and ensuring that the building’s services meet the needs of the business and employees it services.  In addition to day to day management, this role is responsible for coordinating cross- departmentally and with leadership to lead and advance initiatives related to the use and improvement of facilities.
