Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5:30pm

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing fleet. As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance, logistics, and overall efficiency of our vehicles. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Develop and implement fleet management strategies to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles in the fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and prioritize vehicle maintenance and inspections.

Manage all aspects of vehicle procurement, including researching and selecting vendors.

Monitor vehicle performance and fuel efficiency, making recommendations for improvements.

Review and analyze fleet data and develop reports to track performance and identify areas for optimization.

Review drivers' performance and ensure they adhere to company policies and safety standards.

Report on areas of risk and concern to the appropriate parties to ensure corrective action is undertaken.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective fleet maintenance.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Required:

Bachelor's degree in transportation management or a related field

Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using fleet management software and tools

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
